I am a member of our conveyancing department’s Technical Team, working largely behind the scenes to ensure that the legal aspects of your conveyancing transaction are given the dedicated attention that their importance warrants.

My background as a litigator has given me the eye for detail that’s necessary to ensure that nothing is overlooked, and the doggedness to relentlessly pursue sellers’ solicitors and any relevant third parties to rectify any potential problems before you are committed to your purchase.

I am also a commissioner for oaths and administer probate oaths / statutory declarations (for walk-ins or by appointment) and complete the Land Registry ID1 forms that you need to prove your identity if lodging an application to HM Land Registry without legal representation (the latter by appointment only).
